Fine perlage, pale straw yellow in color, rich and complex on the nose, with floral and fruity notes, wrapped in a light sensation of fresh bread and vanilla that give great finesse.

Foods to pair
It pairs perfectly with fried fish, shellfish, and white meats, and is often paired in the Trentino tradition with aged cow's milk cheeses.

Lively on the palate, with good structure and acidity, beautiful acid-sweet sensation complemented by excellent salinity. Long, pleasant and very clean aftertaste. Ages on lees for 40 months and 3 months after disgorgement. Residual sugar 3 grams liter.
