Vinification

For the production of this Trento Doc great importance is given not only to the micro-climatic characteristics, the careful care of the vineyards and the ideal exposure, but above all to the great complexity of the geological composition of the soils originated by the movements of glaciers over the millennia. In them the vines sink their roots and transfer some of this complexity and richness to the grapes. Residual sugar 3 grams liter.

Aging

Matures on the lees for 40 months and 3 months after disgorgement.

Description

Fine perlage, pale straw yellow in color, rich and complex on the nose, with floral and fruity notes, wrapped in a light sensation of fresh bread and vanilla that give great finesse.
