The Rosé intrigues experts and amateurs alike. Intense and persistent mousse, with an excellent perlage, not very aggressive and fine, with a pleasant taste, good saltiness, persistence and structure with a fresh and acidulous note. It has a light pink colour with slight brick red reflections.

Food pairings
It goes well with delicate fish starters, shellfish and as an aperitif.
Best Serve at
6-7 ᵒC

Ages for 24 months on the lees. Grapes 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir. Spurred cordon training system. It goes elegantly with raw fish, risotto, king prawns. Ideal as an aperitif. Serve at 7°.
