    Intense mousse, elegant, fine and persistent perlage with a strong and forthright bouquet with hints of rosemary and sage. Dry, full-bodied and long lasting flavour. Light straw yellow colour. Blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

    Vinification

    Zero dosage processing, no sugar added after disgorging, thus resulting in the highest expression of authenticity and with residual sugars of less than one gram per litre. The spurred cordon training system enhances quality while reducing quantity.

    Ageing

    Ages for 36 months on the lees.
