Straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage. Very elegant nose, dominated by hints of pears and biscuit. In the mouth it is balanced and creamy, ending with notes of almonds. The Champagne for all occasions.

It goes perfectly with seafood platters, fish tartare, sushi and sashimi, crudités and oysters.
